About this view
The Balcón de Europa is a promenade built out on the rock where a fort once stood, and this 24/7 live stream watches it from above: palms, railings, and a horizon of Mediterranean with the Sierra Almijara falling into it. Local tradition credits the name to King Alfonso XII, who visited in 1885.
It is a people-watching feed. The paseo fills and empties on a Spanish schedule, buskers set up along the railing, and the coves below on either side catch swimmers through the warm months.
