Teleported in one line

Teleported is the Netflix of live cameras: 160 verified streams — Tokyo at rush hour, safari waterholes at dawn, storm swell at Nazaré — curated into one place and watched in one click.

Boilerplate

At any moment, thousands of cameras are broadcasting the world live — gondolas sliding under the Rialto, brown bears fishing in Alaska, the Earth turning beneath the Space Station — and almost none of them can be found unless you already know they exist. Teleported curates them into one place and presents them the way a streaming service presents films: a billboard, a daily Top 10, rows by place and mood, and a Teleport button that jumps to a random corner of the planet. Every stream plays in its operator's own official player, so the people who run the cameras keep their audience.

Writing the name

Teleported — one word, capital T. The .tv belongs to the address, not the name. The tagline is “Travel the world in one click. Live.”. Call the entries cameras or streams — and when in doubt, “live cam catalog” is the phrase we use ourselves.

Imagery

Screenshots of the site are free to use. The camera footage inside them belongs to the operators, so if one camera is the subject of your piece, credit it — every watch page names its operator. For a still of a specific view, ask us first: some operators set their own terms, and we would rather sort that out for you than have you find out after publication.
