Mara Bushtops Safari Cam
Lions, hyenas and big herds on a live webcam at a busy waterhole on the edge of the Maasai Mara.
About this view
A busy waterhole on the Mara's edge at Bushtops camp, with a camera that pans and follows the action. The open savanna setting means long sightlines: you often watch visitors approach from a kilometre out.
Elephants, buffalo, zebra and giraffe hold the daytime schedule; lions and hyenas make the after-dark appearances that give this feed its reputation. Warthogs provide the comedy between headliners.
Dry-season months concentrate everything here. Prime windows: 6:30β9 am and 4β7 pm East Africa time (UTC+3). The night hours, under infrared, are some of the best predator-watching on any live camera. Keep an eye on the treeline at dusk: leopards use it as a corridor, and the camera operators, who know each resident cat by name, often find them before you do.
