About this view
A walk through central London, live from the past, filmed at eye level and running around the clock. The camera simply walks: pavements, crossings, shopfronts and the crowds of one of the most walked cities in Europe, with the landmarks arriving the way they do on foot (suddenly, at the end of a street).
It is the texture that holds the attention. Black cabs and red buses in traffic, scaffolding and Victorian brick, the shift from tourist crush to a quiet residential terrace within a single block.
