Soi Buakhao, Pattaya

Soi Buakhao is Pattaya's local artery, not the tourist waterfront but the busy inland street where the city actually runs: markets, bars, pharmacies, and the blue songthaew shared taxis that circulate like corpuscles.

It is a people-watcher's feed: expats on errands, scooters stacked improbably, bar staff heading to shifts, the whole ecology of a resort town's working street. The Tuesday and Friday street markets swell the pavement traffic.

Evenings (7 pm–midnight, UTC+7) bring the densest flow as the bar lights come up. April's Songkran turns the entire street into a week-long water fight: this live webcam becomes a war correspondent.
