Scrub Island is 230 acres of private island a mile and a half off the east end of Tortola, reached by a short ferry from the airport on Beef Island. There is no road to it and no town on it — the whole island is a single resort, and this live camera looks out over its water.
The marina is the moving part of the picture: 55 slips, five of them long enough for yachts up to 170 feet, in a territory that is one of the world's great sailing grounds. Charter boats come and go all day between here and the surrounding islands, and the two beaches sit either side of a rocky ridge.
