The Skydeck occupies the 103rd floor of Willis Tower, 1,353 feet above the Loop, and on a clear day it sees up to 50 miles across four states. Roughly 1.3 million people come up here a year, and this live webcam shares their view.
The Ledge is the reason most of them come: five all-glass balconies that cantilever 4.3 feet clear of the building, floor included. Each is built from three layers of half-inch laminated glass and engineered to carry 10,000 pounds, a specification people tend to want quoted before they step out.
