Lyn's Samgyup Restaurant
Grills, side dishes and full tables at a Korean barbecue restaurant in downtown Davao, on a live webcam.
About this view
A live webcam inside Lyn's Samgyup, a Korean barbecue restaurant on Rizal Extension in downtown Davao. Samgyupsal, pork belly grilled at the table and wrapped in lettuce, arrived in the Philippines with K-drama and never left: the unlimited-refill version became a national craze, and every Filipino city now has its samgyup rows.
The dining room is the frame: tabletop grills, trays of banchan side dishes, families and barkada groups of friends settling in for the long haul, staff weaving between tables with more meat. The smoke, the sizzle and the laughter come through even without sound.
Service runs from late morning to late night (UTC+8), and the room fills in two waves: lunch, then a long, loud evening that peaks after 7 pm. Weekends and paydays, the fifteenth and the end of the month, bring the fullest tables.
