Live Webcams in Panama

Panama's live webcams are for the birds, in the best sense: the fruit tables and hummingbird feeders of the lodges in the cloud forest of El Valle de Antón and in the rainforest of Soberanía National Park beside the Panama Canal, where tanagers, honeycreepers and hummingbirds arrive each morning. The live webcams in Panama keep Eastern Standard Time, UTC−5, with no daylight saving; the feeders are busiest just after dawn, from about 11:00 UTC, and again in the late afternoon, and the light goes at around 23:30 UTC. More than 1,000 bird species have been recorded in Panama, on a land bridge barely 80 kilometres wide at the canal. December to April, the dry season, gives the clearest mornings; the rains from May to November bring the forest to full voice. Panamá takes the accent at home.
