Groningen, in the north of the Netherlands, is the student city of the Dutch, and the live webcams in Groningen look at the square that is its living room: the Grote Markt with its markets, terraces and festivals, the tower of the Martinikerk over it, and the streets that feed into it in rivers of bicycles.
