Fécamp, a fishing town cut into the chalk of Normandy's Alabaster Coast in France, is a harbour first and a resort second, and the live webcams in Fécamp keep to the harbour: the narrow channel between the jetties that every trawler, yacht and lifeboat must thread, with the chalk cliffs rising on either side.
