Live Webcams in Altea

Altea is a town on the Costa Blanca, in the province of Alicante, and the live webcams in Altea show both halves of it: the white old town climbing to its blue-domed church, and the seafront below, where pebble beaches run north towards Cap Blanch and the campsites and promenades that line them. Altea keeps Central European Time, UTC+1, UTC+2 in summer. Some 22,000 people live in the town, and the pebbles are the reason the water reads so clear from above. The mountains of the Marina Baixa shelter the bay from the north, which is why the winters stay mild and the sea calm. April to June and September to October are the best months; the swimming season runs from June into October.
